Terms of Service – Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Important: VetNexusMD provides Independent Medical Opinions (IMO) based on review of existing medical records. We do not examine or evaluate patients, diagnose conditions, provide treatment or prescriptions, or create doctor-patient relationships.

1. Agreement to Terms: By accessing or using VetNexusMD services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and VetNexusMD regarding your use of our services.

2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and eligible for VA benefits. Our Independent Medical Opinion service, based on medical record review, is available to veterans nationwide.

3. Services Description: VetNexusMD provides nexus letters, medical evaluations, medical record reviews, and DBQ preparation. Our services do NOT include emergency medical services, ongoing treatment, or any guarantee of outcomes for VA claims.

4. Medical Services Disclaimer: Use of VetNexusMD does not establish a comprehensive physician-patient relationship. Services are limited to the scope described and do not replace primary care or emergency services.

5. User Responsibilities: You agree to provide truthful, accurate information and to refrain from any prohibited actions, including misuse of the platform or providing false information.

6. Payment Terms: Fees are as follows—$1,000 for a nexus letter, $500 for a record review, and $500 flat for DBQ preparation. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

7. Telehealth Terms: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and internet connection for telehealth services.

8. Privacy/Confidentiality: All services are provided in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.

9. Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided by VetNexusMD are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without permission.

10. No Guarantee of Results: VetNexusMD does not guarantee any specific outcome for VA claims or benefits.

11. Limitation of Liability: VetNexusMD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VetNexusMD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services.

13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

15. Termination: VetNexusMD reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to services at any time for violation of these terms.

Service Area: VetNexusMD provides Independent Medical Opinions to veterans residing in 44 U.S. states. Clinical interview via secure electronic platform requires verified current residence in Massachusetts or Florida. Services are not currently available to veterans residing in Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, or Tennessee due to state-specific medical licensure considerations.
