What happens after I submit the contact form?
Dr. Lee personally reviews your inquiry, and we do our best to reach out within 3 business days. You’ll receive an email response confirming whether VetNexusMD can assist with your specific condition and outlining next steps.
How do I pay?
We collect your deposit electronically through the CharmHealth portal using the card saved via the credit-card icon in your account profile, with your address entered in both your account profile and your card’s billing details; start with the site’s chatbot and never send card details by email. Payment is collected before the record review begins.
Can I get revisions if needed?
Yes. If your claim circumstances change or you need clarification added to your letter, reasonable revisions are included.
What format will I receive my letter in?
Your Nexus Letter is delivered as a signed PDF via secure email, ready to upload to VA.gov or submit with your claim packet.
Do you handle all types of conditions?
VetNexusMD specializes exclusively in psychiatric and mental health conditions: PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, MST-related conditions, sleep disorders secondary to mental health, and similar. We do not provide opinions for physical injuries, orthopedic conditions, hearing loss, or other non-psychiatric issues.
